Hello Church Family,

At the most recent Session meeting, the Session approved moving to Phase 2
of our COVID-19 protocols at SEPC beginning Sunday, February 21, 2021. As
we continue to see declining COVID-19 case counts and hospitalization rates
we hope we can continue to re-open and enjoy the full range of our church
activities and fellowship together. Thank you all for your ongoing support
and efforts to follow these protocols as we worship and fellowship together
safely. See below for the Phase 2 guidelines.

For those of you that continue to worship and fellowship with us virtually,
we look forward to seeing you again soon. Please let us know how we can
support and pray for you during this time.

Phase 2

   - We will continue to follow the Phase 1 protocols with the exception of
children pre-k through 1st graders who can participate in the outdoor
“children’s church” during the Sunday sermon (weather permitting). The
Session will announce when this will begin again in 2021.
   - Families with nursery-age children are welcome to use the nursery and
adult Sunday School room facilities during morning worship. A parent must
supervise their child(ren) when using the facilities and mask protocols
should be followed as well. A full nursery program will be included in
   Phase 3 of re-opening.
   - Any meetings held at the church, such as committees or ministry
groups, must be held in the fellowship hall with social distancing and
   mask-wearing.
   - Small groups may resume meeting in homes at the discretion of those
involved; social distancing and mask-wearing is recommended.

On behalf of the Session,
Alex Anderson
