[sepc] Garden Tour Stop Near SEPC This Saturday and Sunday

Please be aware that parking may be more challenging this weekend near SEPC due to the Master Gardeners of Chattanooga Annual Garden Tour. The tour includes 4403 Tennessee Avenue and runs from 10-5 on Saturday and 11-5 on Sunday.
