Dear Friends,

Our stay in the U.S. has become extended because of the time needed for
Rehema’s U.S. adoption and citizenship.  We are looking at possibly 3 years
from now.  We have just begun a lease on a house in Columbia, SC, for which
we are grateful.  We are also terminating our lease on our house in Kenya.
This involves storing what we want to hold onto, parceling out things to
friends, and getting rid of the remainder.  It is a huge process to do,
that we are trying to have done by the end of February.

Praise:
-  Praise for the ministry teammates who are stepping
   in to help the villagers in our absence.
-  Thanksgiving for the love and support of our church
   family in Columbia, SC
-  Thanksgiving for the many people’s offers to help
   in settling our house in Kenya.

Prayer Needs:
-  Accomplishment of Rehema’s adoption and
   citizenship in God’s timing. We are eager to return
   to our ministry in Kenya.
-  God to continue to build the team for ministry to
   our area villages while we are gone.
-  Good communication and cooperation amongst the
   variety of people whose help we now need across
   the planet, time zones, and different languages.
-  The sorting, packing, and storing of items we will
   need on our return to Kenya.
-  A 20 ft. container and a place to safely and cheaply
   store it.
-  Homes for our three dogs.
-  Finances.
-  Our family is hurting over packing up our home in
   Kenya.
